Prepared for the Fadaie Insurance team
Here’s the easiest way forward.
The new Fadaie site is mostly built. We do not need to start over. We need to make sure Fadaie owns the digital keys, the site has a safe place to live, every call or form reaches a real person, and we can switch back quickly if a launch causes a problem.
See a small “?” Tap or hover over it for a quick explanation. You never need to understand the technical version to choose the next step.

Use what is already built. Add a paid service only when it solves a clear problem.
Where things stand
The site is close. A few basic answers come first.
Before we put the new site on Fadaie’s main web address, we need to know who controls each account, stop sharing passwords, keep practice information away from real customer information, protect business email, and decide who answers every new inquiry.
Choose where to begin
One simple decision per page.
Each page explains what needs to happen, why it matters, where it happens, and who handles it. A technical version is always available if you want the details.
Get the accounts ready
Make sure Fadaie can own, recover, and safely share access to every important account.
Start with account access Set up and ready02Choose where it lives
Keep this proposal on our managed server at fisprop.thynkmarketing.com, separate from the insurance application.
See the hosting choice 03Connect the web address safely
Keep the domain name in Fadaie’s name. Change only the internet setting that sends visitors to the new site.
See the domain steps 04Check before going live
Make sure the site is safe, both languages are correct, forms reach the right people, old links still work, visits are counted, and a backup is ready.
See the launch choices 05Decide who handles inquiries
Every personal, commercial, service, claim, and franchise inquiry needs a real owner.
Set the lead process 06Add growth later
After the basics work, try one growth idea for three months. Then decide whether it is worth continuing.
